Catch Meaning Music Fest at The Rock Hall

The third annual Catch Meaning Music Fest will be at the Rock Hall on May 27th, from 3-11 pm. In 2016, the festival began to honor the memory of Alex Doody and Josh Weil. These two special young men were killed in an car accident the year before. After the accident, the Catching Meaning Fund was established at The Cleveland Foundation by the young men's families. The fund is to help organizations that guide young adults in their journey to catch meaning and make a positive impact in the world around them. More than $200,000 has been raised for the fund.

This one-of-a-kind Northeast event features nationally and locally recognized indie music talent. This year's lineup includes the high-energy headliner The Floozies (future funk duo), Ripe (funk rock R&B, jazz), Aaron Benjamin (New Orleans rock n’ soul), The Vindys (pop/jazz/rock), recent Tri-C High School Rock Off winner Montage (classic rock/pop/blues), MalcUpNext (local hip-hop and R&B phenom), The Butterfly Experiment (funk/hip-hop/R&B) and a special appearance by the Young Souls Band of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland.

The event is meant for a wide, diverse audience, and everyone is encouraged to attend.

The Rock Hall is excited that the festival chose them as the location for this year's event. Attendees of the festival will also be able to experience the museum as well as local food and beer. Admission into the Rock Hall (value $26) is included in the $26 presale admission for the festival.
